Rabbit Hops - High Knees - Side Steps
Drill Instructions:
• Player starts at on end performing various drills designated by coach. Then accelerate to cone.
• Rabbit Hops - Players hop over cones feet together
• High Knees - Repeat from other side
• Side Steps - Repeat from other side
Start from left then right
Coaching Points:
• Sprint - teach proper plant foot.
• Have player in a breakdown stance to begin.
• Step over - knee up
• Shoulders square
• Head up and forward
